This is the first webinar in the series of three to celebrate 25 years of Doctoral Programme in Educational Research - Higher Education (DPER)
Meet the DPER Community
In this webinar, DPER students and staff will share their experience and views on the DPER programme.Speaker list includes two current doctoral students. Lucy is a member of Cohort 25 and thus in her first year of the programme. Francine is a member of Cohort 23 and has already progressed to Part 2 of the programme. Alison is the programme coordinator, and has been since its beginning. Jan is a member of the academic staff on the programme, but at the same time the programme alumna.
The speakers are well placed to share their first-hand experience on how it is like to be on the programme today, as well as a reflection of the past. They will be able to answer any questions the audience might have about DPER.
The webinar is chaired by Dr Kyungmee Lee, a Lecturer at the Educational Research Department. Kyungmee served as a convenor for one of the modules on the programme in the academicyear 2019/20. She also acts as a superviser to some of DPER students in Part 2 of the programme.
