Our vision for this symposium is to bring together those in cyber leadership roles to explore and share their insights and strategies to navigate the intricate web of complexities that define modern cyber challenges, whilst also driving progress for their organisations.

The cyber landscape is evolving to be more complex than we could have expected. Cyber leaders are required to be always on top of the complexity, whether that complexity comes from the size of the business, the pace of technology, the geopolitical landscape or diverse legislation related to business operations across the world. And yet, as leaders we need to maintain the progress in the organisations we work for in the face of these complexities. As a partnership, Templar Executives and Lancaster University, are committed to develop a future where cyber leaders are equipped with the knowledge to anticipate and manage the complexities but also possess the foresight to harness the transformative power of cyber security to enable social and economic prosperity.

This is the only event dedicated to the advancement of cyber security leadership where participants can share their innovative leadership practices and develop a network of likeminded professionals. It will cover a broad spectrum of topics, including the implications of new technologies, methods of thinking and broader global trends impacting on our security.
