Sports Lancaster are hosting a Santa Dash on Sunday 8 December starting at 11am.

This is a 4k festive run around the Lancaster University campus.

Entry fee is £5 which includes a santa hat and medal. All proceeds raised will go to Defying Dementia.

There is also a Christmas-themed fancy dress competition on the day with prizes for the best dressed, so make sure to come in your best Christmassy outfits.

Defying Dementia will be there on the day accepting donations and talking to you about the amazing work they do.
