College Advisory Team (CAT)

Wellbeing support is available via the College Advisory Team who can be contacted atcountywelfare@lancaster.ac.uk . The team provides a range of appointment options and can support your preference, whether that be in-person, via teams, by email or by telephone call.

Deanery Team

If you wish to report a breach of regulations that requires immediate attention (i.e. noise disturbance) then please contact the County College Porters on 01524 592560, or you can visit the Porters Lodge to make your report. If the Porter is unavailable then please call the University Security team on 01524 594541 who will be able to assist you.
