Lancaster University Confucius Institute and the Online Confucius Institute at the Open University are pleased to invite all language teachers to a hybrid teacher training day for Chinese and other languages on the topic of:
‘Sharing Good Practices in Teaching Chinese Language and Cultures in the AI Era’
This event will take place on Friday 25th April 2025, in-person at Lancaster University and online.
We welcome registrations for full-day or half-day attendance.
The programme features:
• sessions on several different aspects of language teaching and AI
• a session on foreign language speaking anxiety
• the opportunity for participants to give short ‘lightening’ presentations on their teaching practice.

The day is free of charge. Teachers of all languages are welcome.
Most sessions are in English, one is in Chinese (unfortunately, we are unable to offer interpretation).
