Bowland North

Across 27 meeting rooms and two large lecture theatres, the Bowland North venue offers flexibility for multi-faceted or multi-stage events, from complex training events to team building sessions.

Each space provides natural light, easy Wi-Fi access, and AV equipment suitable for presentations, meetings, and interactive sessions. Being a short walk from other large venues; Faraday Complex, LICA, and the Great Hall, Bowland North can also be used for breakout meetings or parallel sessions as part of a large-scale conference event.

Directions to Bowland North

Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 33 and take the A6 north towards Lancaster.

For Bowland North, turn left at the roundabout at the top of the main University driveway.  Follow the road down past the security lodge and keep going until you reach the visitor parking on North Drive where the woodland trail begins.

We recommend that delegates use Visitor Car Parking Zones A, B or C when visiting Bowland North. 

If you are on our day delegate or 24-hour residential package, free car parking permits can be collected from your Event Coordinator on arrival. Alternatively, the parking is pay and display and cards are accepted.

Bowland North can be found in the Blue Zone on the campus map and is marked by the letters BLN.
