Creative team building exercises provide a rare opportunity for teams to work together using their imagination or original ideas to create something. Some examples of creative packages are below.
Film Making
Film star, stuntman, top director, news reader or even the next James Bond; aspirations are endless with this creative event! Teams will be set the challenge to write, direct and film a short ‘movie’ production. They will be given all the equipment needed and a few tips enabling them to produce their short film, news clip or advert and moment of fame! This exciting, creative and fun event will have everyone involved in a variety of roles as they aim to create and produce their very own light-hearted short film. Our support team will be on hand throughout to assist and advise teams on filming suggestions and techniques. At the end of the event, each of the short works will be viewed for everyone to see and a winning team announced. The theme of the film clip can be something topical to your business or one of our creative spin offs such as The Famous Five, Jurassic Park, 007, News at 10 and other popular productions!
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose
Eco events making a difference! Not a day goes by without news about the global, harmful effects of plastics and other discarded materials on our environment. Our Eco Events are about reusing, recycling, repurposing and highlighting the need to make big changes to our throwaway culture. In collaboration with our local Community Scrapstore, our aim is to offer creative reuse and recycling projects; diverting waste from landfill and turning it into useful creative opportunities and resources for all. We utilise a multitude of unwanted ‘rubbish’ from businesses and upcycle it into environmentally friendly, creative teamwork! Example events include – MadJunk MiniGolf A hole-in-one design team challenge.
Outdoor art
Participants will pick a card with a subject relating to the outdoors eg tree. landscape and water and will be given 30 minutes to produce artwork using the craft material provided. At the end of the session participants can come back to the group and share their creations.
One team creation
The team will work together in small groups each group will be given a topic/ theme i.e what does caring mean to you? The group will then be able to get creative on a section of a larger picture using recycled products, leaves etc. At the end of the exercise, the sections are brought together and the bigger picture is discussed on the whole.
