Join Lancaster University's Conference & Events+ team at Forrest Hills on Thursday 14 September for a morning of wellbeing and mindfulness.

Explore our green venue, Forrest Hills in a tranquil setting. The day will consist of several sessions all hosted by experts in the field, showcasing mindfulness, wellbeing, nutrition & health.
