AirCiF will be the first major Danish research project exploring air travel, airports and Airport Cities from the integrative and interdisciplinary socio-technical field of aeromobilities research. Giving special attention to the ‘super users’ of the airport, the business travellers, the AirCiF focuses on a range of management, planning and design aspects, as well as social and individual behaviours, that influence travel experiences: airport accessibility, journey functionality, the link between transport modes, number of airline destinations, as well as the airport’s political, economic and infrastructural frameworks.
