Cartmel & Pendle | FREE Yogalates, Mondays, 1-1.45pm

Yogalates is an award-winning fusion of Yoga and Pilates that deeply stretches and tones your entire body. Using resistance bands and your own body weight, feel stronger and longer after each session!
Classes are taught by Ali Moorhouse, local therapeutic yoga and Yogalates Instructor and founder of Feel Free Yoga
These sessions are FREE for students in Cartmel and Pendle Colleges. No equipment required, please wear comfortable clothing you can easily move around in.
