This award winning innovative event, now in its fourth year, has been remodelled to be bigger and better than ever for both students and employers.

Working closely with student societies and D&I colleagues, we have a series of virtual panels over two days focusing on Black & Minority Ethnic, Women, LGBTQ+, Physical & Mental Wellbeing and Social Mobility. These panels offer employers the opportunity to showcase themselves as genuine champions of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We are keen for recent graduates working in your organisation, who identify with one or more of these diversity groups, to speak to students about their personal experiences and how your company supports them and champions diversity and inclusion.

90% Lancaster UK undergrads are from state schools and 30% first generation in higher education and we are proud to be working with our 93% Club, Widening Participation students, disability forums and Mental Health society for this event.
