Flagship Autumn Careers Fair, Wednesday 29th October 2025, 11am-3pm, on Campus

This is our largest and most popular event of the year, so a fantastic opportunity to showcase your graduate, placement and internship opportunities to students from all year groups and all disciplines.

Stand prices:

• £375 + VAT standard fee
• £175 + VAT for SMEs
• Free for local charities

To book, there are just two stages:

1: Check you and your company are registered on CareersConnect.

If you are already registered, please move straight to stage 2 to complete our booking form.

If you or your company are not registered, it’s quick and easy to set up. 

Complete the registration form.

CareersConnect is our free vacancy web portal that allows you to upload and manage your vacancies from your own account, allowing Lancaster students to see your opportunities.  Lancaster staff will then approve your request to join CareersConnect (there may be a short time delay between submitting your registration form and receiving approval to access the system).

2: Complete the online booking form.

Once registered as a contact on CareersConnect, please log in and select ‘Events’ to take you to the booking form ‘Flagship Autumn Careers Fair’ to confirm your attendance.
