As part of a FASS-supported focus on Middle Eastern Lives, we will be screening the documentary film ‘Bye Bye Tiberias’ (2023) – starring leading Palestinian actor and Succession star Hiam Abbass, directed by her daughter Lina Soualem – at Take2 Cinema on campus, on Monday 9 December from 5pm. Excitingly, this will be followed by a live interview between Lina Soualem, Maryam Ghorbankarimi (LICA) and Lindsey Moore (ELCW), with time for questions from the audience.
