Stephen is the Head of the Academic Quality, Standards and Conduct Team. He is responsible for providing guidance and direction to colleagues across the University on matters relating to quality assurance and enhancement and ensuring the University is compliant with quality assurance and regulatory frameworks.
Steven administrates the Stage 1 academic appeals process for undergraduate and postgraduate students. He also closely supports the Standing Academic Committee in all of its operations.
Martin is responsible for maintaining and updating the University's Manual of Academic Regulations and Procedures (MARP). Martin services the Academic Standards & Quality Committee and the PGR Regs and Policies Group, and monitors activity around professional, statutory, and regulatory bodies. He has oversight of the work carried out around academic appeals and academic integrity.
Sarah works with Frontline, INTO and Cardinal Newman College to ensure the maintenance of quality and standards with our partners.
Becky delivers assistance across the department, providing support for our programme consultants and partnership meetings. She manages the appointments of our external examiners for our taught degree programmes and is has involvement with the administration of external examiners for our research programmes.
Claire works with Blackpool and The Fylde College, Lancaster University Leipzig and University Academy 92 to ensure the maintenance of quality and standards with our partners.
Rachel works with Sunway University and Lancaster University College at Beijing Jiaotong University to ensure the maintenance of quality and standards with our partners. Rachel services International Teaching Partnership Joint Faculty Committee.
Cara works with Blackburn College and Lancaster University Ghana to ensure the maintenance of quality and standards with our partners. She also is the Ofsted nominee for the University's apprenticeship programmes and services the Collaborative Partnership Subcommittee.
Mat is responsible for maintaining and updating the University's Manual of Academic Regulations and Procedures (MARP). He services the Standing Committee for Academic Regulations and the Apprenticeships Sub-Committee and works with Deakin Lancaster Indonesia to ensure the maintenance of quality and standards.
Suzanne, Paula, Geoff and Simon work within their respective faculties to coordinate and manage quality assurance and enhancement. They work closely with the Academic Standards and Quality team.
