Sport Lancaster launches new Personal Training service in the facility

Sport Lancaster is announcing the launch of Personal Training services, supporting individuals to achieve fitness objectives, and empowering them to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

The new service has been developed to assist Lancaster University students and staff, as well as members of the wider community, in various areas of fitness and wellness, from strength training and weight loss to sports-specific conditioning and rehabilitation.

Ross Mason, Fitness Manager at Lancaster University, said:

“We are really excited to now offer Personal Training at Sport Lancaster. This service emphasises our commitment to offering inclusive fitness solutions for individuals of all ages and abilities.”

With a commitment to promoting health and well-being, the Personal Trainers bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Sport Lancaster and will provide personalised fitness programmes according to their client’s individual goals.

Ross commented:

“Clients opting for Personal Training at Sport Lancaster can expect a collaborative approach to building a customised programme, based on their current fitness level, lifestyle habits, and goals.”

Personal Training sessions at Sport Lancaster are 60 minutes long for £35 per session, or £315 for a block of ten sessions.

Clients on Personal Training do not need to have a membership at Sport Lancaster.
