Register now to take part in the Triathlon

This year, Sport Lancaster's sprint-distance Triathlon event will take place on Sunday 8 September, following huge annual success since 2016. The sprint-distances include 400m swim, 20km bike, and a 5km run.

Sport Lancaster is announcing the launch of Personal Training services, supporting individuals to achieve fitness objectives, and empowering them to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

Sport Lancaster is set to celebrate Red Nose Day by offering free group exercise classes to all Members and Pay As You Play participants. Donations will be welcomed on the day to support the worthy cause.

Level up in climbing technique during brand new Climbing Workshops

New for 2024, Sport Lancaster has introduced six brand-new, specialised Climbing Workshops designed to support climbers in specific focus areas, build confidence in their abilities, and learn technical fundamentals to implement into their individual climbing sessions.
