Background

I'm a Senior Lecturer at Lancaster University (School of Computing and Comm), working at Lancaster since October 2013. I completed my PhD from University of Bristol, advised by Dr. Sriram Subramanian (UoB) funded through EPSRC's DHPA (2009) by Microsoft Research, Cambridge.

Research Interests

My research comprises of developing novel interactive systems based upon the understanding of human computer interaction issues. This is informed through my wide range of interests including shape-changing interfaces, haptic interaction, data physicalization, 3D display technology and TUIs.
