To celebrate this significant milestone, it is inviting the many families and children with ties to the Pre-School Centre to attend a 30th Birthday Reunion Party, on Saturday 23 March, between 2-4pm.

The birthday party aims to reunite current and former Pre-school children, staff and families. There will be nostalgic music, games and refreshments.

Lancaster University Pre-School Centre Manager, Adele Stewart said:

“We fondly remember the early Pre-School days when Mariah Carey topped the charts and the most popular children’s TV shows were Tots TV and Barney the Dinosaur.

“The celebration is for families and individuals to reconnect with early peers and the Pre-School team, who are eager to hear all about our Pre-School Centre Alumni.”

Adele, like many of her team, has worked at the Pre-School for three decades and is extremely proud of the growth and development that the Pre-School Centre has experienced over three decades.

For thirty years, providing a strong foundation for children aged 2 to 5 years has been at the forefront of Lancaster University Pre-School Centre's mission.

Adele said:

“It goes without saying how much we are looking forward to reuniting with our families for a day dedicated to celebrating fun-filled memories.”

If you are a parent or guardian of a child that is or has previously attended the Pre-School Centre or former member of staff that would like to come along to the birthday party on Saturday 23 March, between 2-4pm at Lancaster University Pre-School Centre please register to attend here.
